My name is Marek.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I have been into photography for a number of years now. Started shooting with a Kodak CX7330 Point & Shoot, which now belongs to my Sister. Moved up to a Canon EOS 350D, then started buying lenses and other stuff, and now shoot with a Canon EOS 40D.

Whenever I take photos I strive to make images that would look great as a large print on the wall.

I have drawn inspiration from a number of photographers, but notable ones include:

- Kevin McNeal (his work HERE) for his amazing landscapes.
- Mahesh Thapa (www.starvingphotographer.com) for his awesome HDR photos.
- Tom Hicks (www.natureswildscapes.com) who is excellent at what he does. Particularly interested in his Macro work.
