i'm terrified of swimming in the ocean, but i do enjoy soaking in the tub. i love fall b/c it feels so romantic and smells even dreamier. I can't wait for snow b/c it's a beautiful scene and an acceptable excuse to light a fire, hybernate in my slippers and hide underneath warm, comfy hand-knit blankets for days at a time. i love cloudy gloomy days, rain & storms. sunshine irritates me and makes me cranky. i can't live without my pups, snapping photos, drinking milk, applying chapstick, eating junkfood, reading home decor magazines, picking flowers, dancing and frolicing about, throwing tea parties, or receiving hugs from jesse and my nephews. the sound of sirens or alarms makes me iil. german glass glitter, garland bunting and shadowboxes that light up make me happy.

my life would be unbearable without 80's music, hot tea, chocolate, my camera, fresh cut flowers, lit candles, and friends' art. i can't get enough of the color lilac, Ryan Gosling's eyes & swagger, flea markets, anything chippy, hand-made or from scratch, anthropologie, taking amateur photos, decorating, collecting antiques, flossing, reading home decor books or watching gordan ramsey verbally abuse people on t.v.

i despise pinky rings and pennies. i prefer reading non-fiction books and poetry, with a few exceptions. and anything science fiction or cartooony makes me cringe. i dream of daily massages and a good night's sleep. i cannot tolerate selfishness or unnecessary drama. i owe the wee bit of sanity that i have left to my dear sweet Jesse doo dah dandy. and i couldn't be more content with my life than i am today.
