I am a visual artist developing since 2001 the Movalatex
project (www.movalatex.com), a conceptual enterprise that involves the
public inviting them to take part in a collective art experience. I would like
to research in the daily life process of consume, transforming popular
culture language into a personal manifesto for the self-empowering
capacities of art. I am working on the notion of protection in order to get a
better life environment through art, as favorable, secure and lasting as
possible, for me and everyone else.
My work is a research that comprises the use of several languages (specifically drawing,
installation, performance and web projects). I am developing the Movalatex project in order
to reunite all my different interests into the same common space, in which I feel free to
appropriate the commercial exchange strategies to reinvent them through humor and poetic
imagination. Movalatex is more a system of artistic relations than a compendium of products.
Every artistic element becomes part of a process that describes human and social relations.
