Enjoy my photos of various law enforcement, railroad and other things of interest to me. As a Midwest resident and student of history, I have particular interest in the Chicago and Northwestern & Milwaukee Road railroads. All railroad photos are taken from public property unless permission is granted otherwise. Never trespass on railroad or other private property to get photos...it's illegal, potentially dangerous and just generally irresponsible to do so.

Legal: None of my photos are to be used, downloaded, reproduced or otherwise stolen in any way shape or form without prior WRITTEN consent from me. These are my photographs and the use of them by anyone is an infringement of my copyrights and personal property!

Other: I will remove any inappropriate comments left about my photos and will block those users from leaving subsequent comments. Also, if you have nothing in your photostream available to me then don't mark me as a contact or favorite my photos. If you do, I will block you. This is a photo sharing site, so what's fair is fair.
