I'm a photographer because I'm a mom - they have 150% inspired me to capture their childhood, and coincidentally other children in the most beautiful ways! I travel for shoots but work mainly in Oklahoma City.
I've been asked a lot lately about my post-processing...I use Photoshop CS3 and proof on a 24 inch IMAC (I'll never go back to a PC). DO i use actions? NOT that often. But when I do, I use actions as an enhancement, not as a crutch, most of my PP is done step by step like everyone else - I use just about every available tool in PS! Other than that, I shoot WIDE open unless with huge groups to achieve the greatest DOF and rely soley on NATURAL light! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Flickr and all the inspiration that is out there! Also, if you don't have photos available to me I will block you, sorry, just has to be done to protect these kiddos!
