Those testimonials over there are totally wild! Don't believe 'em! I bought them all pro accounts in exchange for their best bullshittin'!

I take really simple photos and admire those who take really fancy ones.

I've got a new lil' publication called, Kalamazoo in Photos: A Photographic Catalogue of Kalamazoo's Most Unique Places, available through my etsy.com site. I think it really represents how I'm trying to inform preservation and development with my photography. Check it out!

Also, don't be weirded out if I add you as a "friend" and we really don't know eachother. I have a lot of photos set to private or friends only and that's sort of my way to invite you to view those too.

"Erin's creative photography does such a great job of capturing the world from a point of view most people wouldn't even consider until they see it in her work. Her clever camera work encourages and inspires me to improve my own photography.

Oh, and she's way cool, too!"

"I completely LOVE your work Erin....it's effortlessly beautiful and unique and quirky and you make me see things I might otherwise have overlooked.
You're a constant inspiration and totally fabulous to boot...

    I'm a huge fan :))"

"e50e is the only person on Flickr ever to earn a testimonial from me--first among many reasons, because she inspired me to flip the lens on a Brownie Hawkeye I had sitting unused. And since then, my life has never been the same."

"Erin is one of the best photographers on Flickr. The sweet part is, she has no idea how good she is. Its her laser-guided aesthetic that I’d admire the most; beyond the technical, she just knows what works as a photo and what does not. Who among us can claim that?"

"When I first heard of e50e, it was when she went swimming with my girlfriend in street clothes. When I first met e50e, she was glowering at hipsters at a Stereo Total show. The last time I met e50e, she was selling a Link Wray CD. When I get lazy and take a mediocre photograph with a digital camera when I have my old film cameras in my closet, I think of e50e and feel guilty. She is just that cool."

"what? i haven't written a testimonial for e50e? that's ludicrous, because i love just about every photograph she's ever posted.

i need to make sure to do that."

"e50e could photograph her grocery list with a $2 junk store camera and make you want to hang it on your wall. Expect to see her work in high-rent galleries someday. When everything that made America great fades into entropy, it will all be documented through her lens. On top of all that, she is one groovy cat."

"When e50e dropped out of sight on Flickr a few months back, you could hear the howls of sorrow from the Box Camera Revolution folks even without being logged onto the 'Net. Her experiments with the reversed lens in the Brownie Hawkeye Flash have attained somewhat the status of legend. She has a great eye for nostalgia without sentimentality, conveying warmth without going gooey. She can see beauty in the offbeat and the endangered. Her shots with the Yashica also show a warm, clear vision."
