Hally Chen, started up 9d Visual Creation with a friend in 1996 focusing on music album art designing. He started posting his personal articles and photographic works on his blog in 2005. Then he started doing photography as his side-job.
In 2008, he started writing articles for magazines, such as GQ CAFE and COTTON FRIEND.
