My name is Malaan. I shoot with a Rebel XTI and I love it. It was given to me as a gift in Feb 2008 and I knew nothing about photography when it was presented to me. I have never been to school or studied photography, I operate on instinct alone. Though sometimes I use trial and error. I don't know what my niche is yet, but I enjoy trying new and exciting shoots. My most recent "new shoot" was shooting my fiance while he kitesurfed. It's exciting because the world through the camera is always more exciting than the real world.
I hope to get better as I continue to venture out and shoot everything and anything!
