Photography is a hobby for me that hopefully will turn into a career as an artistic or commercial photographer. For now my ambitions outmatch my skills. My camera system of is Olympus by choice and necessity as Olympus was the cheapest system available to me. However I could have gotten a Canon Rebel XSI but the ability to upgrade to weatherproof lenses and body in the future and a plethora of legacy 35mm lenses from a variety of manufacturers to choose from won me over.
At CCNY I fell in love with photography even though the bulk of my courses were in Graphic Design. My photo skills are much better than Design skills but that is not saying much. I have much to learn not enough time . . . and money.
