Easy-Going, Thoughtful and willing to help others :) Having experience as a teacher, it is a joy to see someone new join or existing member learn something new, and achieve what he/she has set out to do. Despite feeling at times, that motivation is not with them, that is where expertise lends a hand. In my capacity as shadow tutor, their confidence is retsored....cannot beat the smile you see on a face when that person produces a wonderful photo of their own making. Marty
