I am a free spirit... and a little eccentric at times. I love to take photos, read, write, draw... I am a typical Left-brain heavy artist.

I have considered my self a photographer since I was 14 when I received my first SLR camera, a Nikon N65. My dad took a few classes on photography when he was in college and regretted buying a Cannon because of the inability to use the same lenses with different cameras...so that is why I am a Nikon girl, even though Cannon has picked up the slack and is now ahead of the competition. I stick by my brand.

In college, I worked for my schools news paper and year book as a photographer. I learned a lot and managed to obtain a photo editor position with not only the news paper but the yearbook. Because of my work with the newspaper in college, I have taken a few photos that either ended up being used at papers like the Dallas Ft. Worth Star.
