Research
I have recently completed my PhD in the University of Limerick in Ireland. I will graduate in January. My PhD involved researching bubble nucleation in stout beers and investigating widget technology alternatives in the form of Cellulose fibres. I hope to continue this work and have submitted an application for funding. I am currently completing one last paper summarising my PhD research on bubble nucleation.
