I pass the hours by emmersing myself in film, art, and the critical theory behind them. I take pleasure in specific genres - their experience, and analysis.
In the quiet afternoon you might find me on the computer, baking cookies or sighing about my voice. It's high, crackling, and inescapable, and it embarresses me like nothing else. Most of me is not beautiful, but the most attractive is my brainzzz.
I might be embarrassed of my voice and therefore afraid to speak, but I'm not embarrassed of my thoughts or values or depth of character. So I'm not afraid to communicate.
I have an ideal, and different self I keep hidden. I can't bring it out of hiding just yet. I want to, but being yourself is only justified when you've got the right person around.
