A few people have asked where the screen name, eatsShootsAndLeaves, comes from:
Eats, Shoots & Leaves is a British bestseller, by Lynne Truss. It is about punctuation and the comma, in particular. There is a drawing of a panda on the cover, with a gun.
Her point in the title is that by placing the comma in different places, the meaning of the sentence is changed, often dramatically. For example: Eats, Shoots, & Leaves means something quite different than Eats, Shoots & Leaves. This is especially true in the context of a Panda with a gun. She goes on for 204 pages in an often hilarious dissertation on punctuation.
So, there you have it... I don't pretend to know the rules of grammar, but the subject interests me!
Oh yes, and the paw image in the icon belongs to my dog, Peary, when he was about 4 days old. I was looking for a panda paw, and then remembered that I had a lot of Peary, as a tiny puppy. The rest was easy!

The buildings come in with a tall statement of outstanding achievement. We have buildings falling down and we have buildings bending and we have beer glasses with people's hands in the beer. Excellent trick photography which requires consummate skills in Science and Photography.
The landscapes and nature shots are a delight and he is a master at portraying grand vistas of America with the snow and the water as the integeral part of composition.
People with affinity and empathy will love the dog shots which are skillfully shot. For me the photograph of a dog jumping/splashing in a shallow bath is a treat to see admire and replicate for all photographers.
