Quello che mi piace della fotografia, quello che mi incoraggia a studiarla, è il suo impatto. In un mondo dove i media viaggiano a velocità stratosferiche ma spesso sono superficiali, esiste e resiste la fotografia: con una immagine puoi raccontare senza scrivere, puoi mostrare senza dipingere, una immagine puo descrivere più di quello che mostra; perchè la fotografia sa essere lenta, ti costringe a confrontarsi con lei, ti permette di pensare.
