HELLO! my name is MARCIA,,my friends call me MJ for short. I am a proud mother of two beautiful girls,and a handsome son,and very proud grandmother .I have a great sense of humor,and get along with everyone,,i love laughter!,,mainly i love nature,love the smell of rain,,wildflowers,,the smell of the pines in the north woods,,the wind,sunrise and sunset.EVERsince i can remember,i always loved taking pictures!,,always had a camera on me,,never wanted to miss the chance of photographing a beautiful flower,or the first snowfall.MY mother says i was born with a camera in my hand,,well,,she is right!,,lol!,,photography is my passion in life,,,every chance i get i am out the door with my cameras,,,what ever catches my eye at that moment,,thats what i take a picture of,,,my favorite,,are flowers!,,,,and mainly macro flower shots,,i say the closer you get! the better it looks!,,,and to be honest with you most of my flower shots are taken right around my neighborhood!,,either a friends garden you will find me at,,or a neighbors garden,,,or at the neighborhood park,,or in my own back yard,,love those tiny yard flowers,,,they shine just as beautiful as a dozen roses!,i dont use a professional camera,,but have two point and shoot cameras,,nikon,and cannon,,but i love them!,,because when i take a picture of a flower,,i am laying right on the ground next to them,,i mean right on my stomach! with camera in hand,,and this way,,i can get as close to the flower as i want and at any angle i want,,,,and i would say i take about 400 to 500 pictures of the same flower,,cause i know not every shot will turn out,,but like i said i take pictures at different angles,,some really close,,some not to close,,heck i have even droped to my knees,,knee deep in the snow in 7 degree weather,,at the park,,just to get some good shots of the winter trees with that beautiful snow all over them.WHEN i look through the lens of my camera at an image i always frame it,,in my mind,,than i will take the picture,,,i always say,,its not the camera,,but the person behind the camera that makes the picture turn out so beautiful,every time i look through my lens of my camera i see the beauty of nature in everything!,,and it really puts a smile on my face! and warms my soul!,,,
