I went to Art College in London in the 80s where I studied design and photography for 5 years, with documentary photography being my main interest. I was influenced by black and white images of the FSA (US) and the GPO Film Unit (UK) which became the Crown Film unit during WW2.
I went on to work in museum exhibition graphic design before I took a break to raise children. 18 years have passed, and during this time I became an aromatherapist and now run my own therapy business. I got back into photography again photographing my daughter who takes tennis seriously with my Nikon D70. I swapped it for a D200 in 2008 and have recently bought a Sony Cybershot to keep in my pocket for those unexpected opportunities. I am very drawn to bold graphic imagery
