I have enjoyed photography and designing since I can remember, but only got seriously into photography in Dec 06 when I got my first Digital SLR.
Flickr is a wonderful community and I am amazed at the range and quality of some of the images here. There are some astounding captures which I look at in awe and which inspire me to improve my own photography. I am only a newcomer to this wonderful world and I have plenty to learn.
I am personally fascinated by the different cultures and religions of this world and their history. The distinctive traditions and beliefs buried deep within the philosophies and ideologies of a religion are very interesting to learn, from the sophistication of the Mayan civilisation to the teachings of Guru Nanak within Sikhism.
I am currently going through tons of photos and a backlog of new ones that I have taken and will be uploading them onto flickr slowly but surely. Its a wonder I am not wearing glasses yet with the amount of time I spend on my laptop.
