Preston Digital Archive's photostream  

Our goal in presenting the images on this photostream is to promote a wider appreciation for the history of the city of Preston. The collection also serves to support research in local history.

As a group we have been collecting Preston related images and ephemera for several years and now intend, as time permits, to post the entire collection to the photostream. We welcome any submissions from viewers of images that would fit well with the collection. If you feel that you may have anything of interest please send an Email to us at prestondigitalarchive@hotmail.com

Apologies in advance for any copyright infringement. It is not our intention to violate copyright protections. If you feel an image constitutes copyright infringement please send us an Email and we can begin to take corrective action.

This is a non-commercial pool. We do not sell any of the posted images. Many of the donors have asked us to decline requests for rights of re-use. Please check with us first. Certain images may be available for purchase directly from either Lancashire Lantern or The Lancashire Evening Post. Please check for links in the caption below the image to be directed to the vendors own web sites.
