I've always been into crafts and making jewelry. I saw a glass blowing demo a couple of years ago & I was just about hypnotized. I didn't want it to end. I knew I'd never do glass blowing (near impossible to fit a crucible & all the apparatus needed into a 1 car garage ;-)), but I decided to look into taking a lampwork class.

As soon as I melted my first rod of glass to form a bead I was hooked. I went right out & bought all the glass, tools & equipment needed to set up a studio. I've since started to work with boro as well. Though it's much more forgiving than soft glass, most of the colors are not WYSIWYG so there's definitely a learning curve there.

I have an etsy shop and ArtFire shop where I sell my beads and supplies,
