My mantra is to take amazing pictures of ordinary things, rather than ordinary pictures of amazing things. I don't always succeed. In fact, I hardly ever succeed to my own satisfaction.
My pictures are not really photography but more digital art (I put pretty much all of my pictures through the Photoshop blender). Not great art but not bad either. I guess my pictures would best be described as 'meh'.
