I've been interested in photography in the past but never really took a lot of photos until 2008. I found Flickr - January 2008,joined the 365 group, went from a tiny point and shoot where you couldn't even adjust the ISO levels, to buying my first dslr in March 2008 (a canon eos 400).

I've recently upgraded my camera to Canon 5d but have very basic lenses as the only ones that fit are:
Canon 50mm 1.8
Canon EF - Zoom lens - 28 mm - 135 mm - f/3.5-5.6 IS USM - Canon EF
So I'm looking to squeeze as much out of these until I can afford something better!

Now...I can't imagine not taking photos - I tend to be quite an instinctive photographer which just means I'm impatient and I like to play. Lots of things fascinate me - the light, small details and sometimes just the ordinary things that we take for granted that are beautiful when viewed through a lens.
