I have been into photography since the early 1970s, but only have recently taken to this newfangled digital revolution! I was convinced that Digital could not equal the quality of film. I admit I was wrong. It's much better.

I was MORE than disappointed with the FUJI Finepix I started out with. Camera stopped focusing after three months. I returned it to have it fixed three times. They refused to acknowledge anything was wrong until the year warantee ran out. I HATE FUJI. Then I tried a Kodak, which worked fine, and I was happy with it, but I was still not motivated or even enjoying photography any longer. I couldn't really see that tiny screen that well, and it just didn't seem comfortable to me. THAT IS, until I got my Canon Rebel DSLR in fall 2006! I am in love with Photography again!!!

I love; animals, travel, photography, writing, music; esp rockabilly, old rock and roll, and doo wop; (but new music too), movies, kitsch, and many more things. I am a devoted fan of The King, Elvis, and was fortunate enough to meet him at a concert on July 18, 1975!

I am half Native American,... and it's perfectly fine with me to say, "Indian" or "American Indian!" I am also Irish!

Naturally, I drive an old Cadillac; which I know to be
a very poor environmental choice, but I LOVE my car!

Favorite colors are purple and pink, and I HATE winter.

I am happily married and we have 4 furry pet children who have never said, "F.U Mom!"
My husband cheerfully supports any and all of my craziness!

I am a cancer survivor.
