La combinación del arte de la escritura con la fotografía arquitectónica profesional, motivó que buscase la forma de canalizar todo ese enorme trabajo autodidacta a través de la elaboración de libros relacionados con la Arquitectura. De forma que con mi experiencia hasta la fecha, y sin olvidar las grandes obras de arquitectura e ingeniería más grandes e importantes de toda la historia, comenzé a escribir mis primeros libros relacionados con la arquitectura moderna y contemporánea...

Sin olvidar la Arquitectura actual y a los Arquitectos Contemporáneos, mi trabajo se traslada también a las Construcciones vanguardistas, Construcciones famosas, la Arquitectura moderna en general y Antoni Gaudí. Da igual como se llame el arquitecto que haya diseñado una obra arquitectónica interesante; cuando un producto es bueno, es lógico que atraviese las fronteras entre los países con una facilidad asombrosa. No obstante, para mí el inicio de la era moderna comienza entre los años 1884-1886 con la construcción de la Estatua de la Libertad hasta nuestros días...

Arquitectos de reconocido prestigio internacional por su larga y exitosa trayectoria como Santiago Calatrava, Norman Foster o Frank Gehry, etc, serán objeto de un estudio exhaustivo de aquí en adelante...

Otros de los temas muy interesantes son los Rascacielos y los Puentes. Los Rascacielos, por ejemplo, es uno de los temas más interesantes debido a la gran transformación que esta surgiendo en el mundo de la arquitectura, mediante estos gigantes de acero, vidrio y hormigón, en gran medida debido a los nuevos materiales y la gran cantidad de innovaciones tecnológicas que se están produciendo en este interesante mundo que no cesa, y que nos sigue sorprendiendo cada día.

Si echamos la mirada un poco hacia atrás, se creía que después de los atentados del 11S se iba a terminar la idea de seguir construyendo edificios de gran altura; de hecho, se paralizaron los rascacielos que se encontraban en ese momento en construcción; después de un breve paréntesis, la carrera por construir el rascacielos más alto del mundo no ha hecho más que comenzar.

Numerosas ciudades de todo el mundo siguen construyendo rascacielos a pasos agigantados. Dubai es, hoy por hoy, sin lugar a dudas, la ciudad en mayor crecimiento de los últimos años. En esta importante ciudad se acaba de inaugurar recientemente el conocido por todos durante su larga fase de construcción, el Burj Dubai, que se ha convertido en 2010, en el rascacielos más alto del mundo, obra de la prestigiosa firma de arquitectos, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, SOM.

En la actualidad, el arquitecto de vanguardia ha tenido que irse adaptando a los nuevos tiempos. El cambio climático ha motivado el diseño de una arquitectura verde, ecológica y sostenible, que se va poniendo de manifiesto para hacer que los edificios sean más autosuficientes. El prestigioso arquitecto Norman Foster, es un auténtico pionero en este sector.

Mi gran pasión son los Rascacielos, Puentes y Edificios interesantes...

Me interesa en gran medida la historia y evolución de los rascacielos desde sus inicios hasta nuestros días. Por ello, me he propuesto también estudiar a fondo los rascacielos más representativos e interesantes desde el punto de vista estructural y arquitectónico que se encuentran localizados en las ciudades cuna de los rascacielos por excelencia.

Nueva York, Chicago, Hong Kong, Shanghai y ahora Dubai, etc, son las ciudades importantes a tener en cuenta donde se encuentran numerosos rascacielos y edificios muy interesantes y de vanguardia que merece la pena estudiar a fondo. Mi ilusión y todas mis ganas están puestas en ello. Así que intentaré ir poco a poco dando a conocer toda esta interesante arquitectura e ingeniería que data desde finales del siglo IXX hasta nuestros días.

No puedo ocultar que me gusta especialmente la obra de Michelangelo Buonarroti, Antoni Gaudí y Santiago Calatrava...
