I've been shooting pictures as a hobby for years. Mainly nature and animals. Although I have done some shoots for friends, etc. I really got started in the late 70's, my first SLR was an Olympus OM10. Still one of my favorite pictures ever was a shot I did laying in the front of one boat, running beside a friend who was water skiing barefoot backwards. I loved that camera, used it until I froze (literally) it while camping. I was a real hold out on the digital 'revolution' until they finally reached near 35mm quality... I've been working with my D70s for over 5 years and really like the freedom to shoot and see the way digital allows.
**March 2012 upgraded to Nikon D7000

I love to travel - been spending time on road trips lately to see America, so far I've hit 39 of the lower 48.

To me Photoshop is for adjustments to a photo, it is not to create the image. If you want to do that, you want an artist, not a photographer. I don't mind altering colors some or doing some minor touch up, some noise reduction. I think photography is an art which combines the skill and imagination of the photographer and subject (or model.) I like the finished product to resemble what was going on in the view finder. In the immortal words of Marty McBride, "I shoot with a camera, not a magic wand!"

I don't have a studio, since I've concentrated on nature's beauty for years, just moving into a different realm of nature's beauty. So shoots will be always be location (indoors or outdoors.)

For the most part, I am here to get some great images, hopefully enhance some portfolios, enjoy photography, improve my skills and have a good time along the way.
** A CD containing all retained images *** This may go away soon, takes too long to convert RAW to jpeg for 200 images. I may change it to best 50.
** Downsized copies of above for posting to web sites, etc.
** Three - five edited images per hour of shooting time
** A limited copyright waiver for use of said images for promotional purposes
** Should the images be sold by the photographer, a 25 percent honorarium shall
be remitted to the model.

If you are interest in shooting, let me know.

I've got several links of shots/styles I'd like to accomplish. They might very well suit your needs too.

ESCORTS - Escorts are fine. I've not had any issues and feel like the session will work better and the photos be better if the model is at ease.
