My pictures are mostly documentary snap shots with an attempt to capture the spirit of the moment. Kids are perfect because they are visually honest. Our family is lucky to travel and have many hobbies so the opportunities are vast.
Someday I intend to concentrate on high quality landscape and artistic photography but life is too busy to not capture those fleeting moments.
My current equipment is a Sony A55 SLT with a prime 35MM 2.8 and 18-250MM zoom and a Lumix DMC ZS3 because the 12x, optical zoom allows me to get out of the action and keep it natural.
Thanks to many of you that have left comments. It is nice to know others appreciate the effort.
