As a comprehensive news website we report world opinion and commentary through our exclusive stories, Byline Portal, Current Headlines, and community blog. The WIP’s mission is to provide quality articles from the unique perspectives of women, accessible worldwide, and free to readers.

The WIP is a balanced media source that promotes diversity and is not associated with any particular religion, political party, or cultural affiliation. As a worldwide collective of women writers, The WIP is an opportunity to eliminate the tremendous under-representation of women journalists and offers a greater diversity of background and opinion than typically found in one online news publication.
