Been tinkering a lot with photography in my teen years: B/W, smelly chemicals, always the wrong ISO-sensitivity for the occasion on the film loaded in camera, long waits from shooting the pic to seeing the results...and so many steps involved where things could go oh-so sadly wrong! 15 years later I discover digital photography! - I know: the eternal sceptic, never a first-mover :-)

In my midthirties I now revisit my old hobby again and what fun it is: as soon as you get the shutterbug in your blood everything turns to photo opportunities - you simply get a fresh perspective on the world, people and the surroundings!

The first small step into digital photography in the company of a digital compact in the summer of '07. 6 months later in January '08 I plunged into Digital SLRs and never looked back!

- Flickr Uploader for easy upload to ... well ... Flickr.
- Picasa for local photo browsing.
