First of all, I want to thank you for stopping by.

To me hotography is just a hobby, and I don't do it for living, but I do enjoy the process of making fine images. I use Flickr only to share photos with my families and friends. I am not here to expand my social networking empire, nor to collect my daily 8,000-14,000 clicks to make myself look like some established photographer.

I love traveling and being in nature. Backpacking in the wilderness brings me relaxation and inspiration.

I know today with any working digital camera and some post processing tools, we can all look like a "digital Ansel Adams"... you know, HDR, HDR-ish manual blending, stitching, and GigaPan... etc. However, because I am just an amateur, I got no VIP clients to answer to, nor billions of followers / admirers waiting for my next masterpiece. That's the reason why I do most of my works on films (6x17 and large format), and enjoy the slow process of making final prints... (if I ever get to that point)
