In 2007 I returned to my photo hobby at age 58. Earlier in my life I had a Nikon FM2 SLR which was a great camera however the cost of film photography and other interests caused me to drift away.
Digital cameras and computer post-processing brought me back. I recently upgraded to a Canon 60D which is a fantastic camera, love those 18 MP's. I'm also now using Photoshop Elements 9 for post work, its an outstanding program for those on a budget, like me.
My main photo interests are insect/spider macros, aircraft, birds and sports. Most of my shots are either long telephoto or macro/supermacro.
