I have been crafting in several different mediums for 15 years. Everything from oil paints to concrete. I discovered Polymer Clay about 3 years ago and it's now my favorite medium! I use Sculpy and Fimo Polymer to make my Folk Art, Primitive Creations. Once the initial piece is complete, I bake it according to the manufacturer’s recommended time. In some cases, before baking, I will texture the piece to resemble carved wood or give it a rustic appearance. After the piece is completed I will antique it to give it my signature "Primitive" look. This step really brings the piece to life and makes it feel at home in any Folk Art, Prim/Country decor. Each piece is then signed, numbered and dated. They are then carefully wrapped and boxed and ready for shippment to arrive at your door ready to display. But be warned, these little guys are addicting, you'll discover one piece is never enough!
