Originally from Chicago, I moved to Nashville 7 years ago. I never thought I would do photography full time, it was always just a hobby of mine. I started doing photography professionally 4 years ago and have been blessed to have my business grow insanely fast. I now have a studio downtown Nashville and travel worldwide for jobs. I started out just wanting to do fashion and music, but have found that what I really truly enjoy are people and children, and being able to capture faces and memories that will last a lifetime. I truly love my job. And I feel so lucky that people actually want to pay me money to do something that I love.

I started my photography training at a small college in Illinois, then finished at Nashville Tech. I have also studied with Joe McNally and have attended many many workshops. Chase Jarvis turned me onto strobist.com and I can honestly say that it is one of the best sites I have EVER come across. I have learned so much from it and look forward to reading the blogs every day.
