"Si una imagen vale más que mil palabras, poco puedo decir de la obra de Jorge Meis.
Cualquier palabra o literatura que utilice para adjetivarla siempre resultará torpe y limitada.
Incluso la palabra artista se queda corta para definirlo a él. Mago, genio, filósofo, “bruixo”,
juglar, esteta, demiurgo... Todo queda pobre para definir su mundo sencillo y generoso
de sueños, ensueños, nostalgias, hechizos, ilusiones, espíritus, recuerdos, ideas, amores,

He encontrado en flickr a un maestro del blanco y negro.
Realmente son geniales sus b&n.
Encontré por causalidad este rincón y me alegro enormemente de haberme topado con el, son fotografías que hablan, o mejor dicho que gritan, gritan un "detente y mírate la foto", son fotos a las que se hace imposible resistirse y no parar a mirarla, yo las calificaría de hipnotizantes.
En definitiva Jorge es un maestro de eso en los que todos estamos inmersos, la fotografía, y en particular, un maestro de los blancos y negros."26th March, 2008
