Jayel Aheram is an internationally-published photographer whose work has drawn acclaim from notable names such as Yoko Ono and Rosie O'Donnell. His work have been featured and published in more than seventy print, television, and online venues including the New Yorker, Rosie O'Donnell's "Rosie Radio" and blog, and the Italian-version cover of Warren I. Cohen's best-selling book "America's Failing Empire."
Aheram is a popularly exhibited artist in more than a dozen exhibitions, including three critically-acclaimed solo exhibitions, two of which had been named by Palm Springs newspaper The Desert Sun's "Hot Picks of the Desert" in two different years. A veteran of the Iraq war, he was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in early 2010. He currently resides in Southern California where he is pursuing a degree in mass communication.
