Mi chiamo Alfredo Prim e sono un Medico Veterinario, lavoro a Vigevano e mi occupo esclusivamente di clinica dei piccoli animali. La passione per la fotografia è scattata in me nel lontano 1988, quando ho cominciato a fotografare con la mia prima Olympus OM10. Ho continuato poi con una Olympus OM4, Nikon F65, dal 2004 al 2008 Fujifilm FinePix S7000, mentre ora ho acquistato la nuova Nikon D60. Mi occupo nel tempo libero di Micologia, campo affascinante e misterioso (mi piace studiare i funghi dal punto di vista sia macro che microscopico, ho studiato e fotografato circa 2000 specie di funghi con una raccolta di oltre 10000 foto dal 1991 ad oggi). Nel campo fotografico sono assolutamente un dilettante ma mi piace fotografare tutto ciò che vedo e ritengo interessante.
