Soy ingeniero informático y fotógrafo.

En algunas de mis fotos pueden salir personas que fortuitamente se cruzaron en mi búsqueda de motivos. En ocasiones pido permiso y en otras no, ya sea por no estropear el momento que trato de captar o por lo forzado y artificioso que sería dicho trámite para la poca relevancia que va a tener luego. En cualquier caso, estas fotos las hago con un propósito documental y/o artístico, y siempre sin ánimo uso inapropiado. Si te reconoces en alguna de ellas y deseas ejercer tu "derecho a la intimidad" y quieres que la retire, o bien si te ha gustado y simplemente quieres tener una copia en alta resolución, por supuesto sólo tienes que decírmelo. Aún así, si alguien quiere que retire cualquier otra foto por el motivo justificado que sea, que me lo pida. Así de simple :)

Del mismo modo, si te ha gustado alguna de mis imágenes liberadas bajo licencia Creative Commons y la vas a utilizar, por favor, te pediría al menos una notificación y la atribución correspondiente. Si la quieres usar con fines comerciales, contacta conmigo. Por favor, no utilices para ningún fin ninguna de mis fotografías con todos los derechos reservados.

I’m in love with photography since I started around 2007.

In some of my pictures people might fortuitously appear. Sometimes I use to ask for permission but not always, since I don’t want to ruin the moment that I am trying to capture or when the situation would be too forced. My pictures have always an artistic and/or documentary purpose but never with an intention of inappropriate use. Anyway, if you recognize yourself in any of them and want to exert your right to privacy just let me know and I will remove it from the gallery as soon as possible, or if you just liked it and would like to have a high resolution copy I’ll be glad to send it to you. In any other case that anybody wants me to remove a photography for a good reason, just ask me. It’s that simple :-)

If you liked any of my images licensed under Creative Commons and you are going to use it, please, at least notify me about that and don’t forget the attribution. If you want to use it with a commercial of profitable purpose, do contact me before. Please, don’t steal any of my “All rights reserved” pictures.
