Apparently, I'm indescribable...:grin:

During the week I write software for a living, but my background is actually in electronics. I find anything to do with cosmology, engineering or science fascinating, although I never did figure out how to love maths the way that mathematicians do.

When I'm not working I'm a volunteer on the Swanage Railway, the secretary of the New Somerset & Dorset Railway and a Trustee of the Metropolitan Community Church of Bournemouth, where I can often by found twiddling the knobs on the mixing desk on a Sunday morning.

My interest in photography and railways comes from my Dad, who was my mentor in just about every thing I learnt when I was younger. Although he was a harsh critic of my (then quite poor) photos, I learnt so much from him.
