Hello, fellow photography peeps!!

Like you, I'm here because I love photography. It all started when I got a little point-and-shoot as an accessory for a laptop I purchased a few years ago. I soon found that I cared more for taking pictures than I did for writing (the original intent of the laptop purchase). Noticing my love for photography, my then-friend (now husband) James bought me my first DSLR (a Canon 40D) for my birthday last year and I've been clicking away ever since.

Be ye warned:
I like variety and appreciate pushing the edges of the envelope, but as a rule, avoid any content that you wouldn't show your your grandma, your 3-year-old niece, or want broadcast on the 5 o'clock news. So while I recognize that our sensibilities may not be the same in this regard, I won't be looking at or commenting on any content that meets this description, nor adding folks as contacts who have such content in their photostreams.

In fact, you will be blocked.

{Most of the time, I don't have to worry about this, but it has happened (the creepy//inappropriate content), so I'm putting it out there. So don't be creepy and we'll be just fine, k??} ;o)

Also: while I do invite constructive feedback, I will block you if you have only negative, rude, or nasty things to say about my work. If that's all you can be bothered come up with, you don't need to be looking here anyhow.

Just sayin'.

Anyhoo. I'm glad you're here. I look forward to seeing your work, and do hope you'll be back to check mine out.
