I have been a photographer for over 30 years. For my first 12 years, I shot only b/w film, large format and had the opportunity to study with Ansel Adams on several occasions and was to assist him the year he died. In 1990, I hung up the corporate suit and began shooting full time.

I was on the board of the Los Angeles Center for Photographic Studies and the advisory board for the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in the 80's and served on the board of the Pacific Northwest College of Art for approximately 10 years. I also taught photography at the school in the early 90's.
