"I guess I have always wanted to be a designer/photographer from an early age. I enjoy getting out and using my camera as much as possible. The way I see it, is that its all "out there" for the taking...and I plan on giving it my all before I win the lottery (hopefully).

My first real shoot was when I was 17 for Aberdeen Football Club and since then I have never looked back. I still do Football Games, really because I enjoy doing it. Something different every game which is always interesting. It's mainly Bands I shoot now. The photographs are easy, it's getting the subject to do what you want them to do! Thats the hardest part!

I attended Aberdeen College & Grays School of Art @ RGU for a course entitled "Design for Digital Media", which 4 months into I dropped out of to go and work for a professional Photography Studio as a Digital Artist / Photographer. (I learned more there in 3 Months than I did in 3 Years of College & University). I am now freelance and looking for the next best offer to come along. Here we are now... Age 23 with a passion to succeed and determination to do so."

If you want to ask anything at all please feel free. Add me as a friend and I will do the same in return. I enjoy meeting and sharing ideas with new people so please email me and lets chat.

    Red Neck Man says:

""Scott Baxter is a photographer who seems to have rapidly established his own distinct aesthetic: color richness that reveals itself most obviously in his stunning portraits. But richness alone does not make art. in his macro shots and photographs of people and interiors, Scott transforms color, makes it dense and textural, like a flaming, golden hawk: blues and purples viscous like syrup, ochers and oranges able to support weight. Color so thick you can walk on it. This is what Scott Baxter brings to Flickr, . This is what makes his work--as so many are finding out--worth discovering.""
