I had an iPhone. I took pictures with it. They were not usually so great, but it was an amusement, and a handy life-dump for friends and family. Then I got a point and click digital that's much nicer, though I have minimal skill with the art of photography. Then I got a Nikon DSLR with increased radness that helps me do what I can to fake it.
