My Passions In 1956, I was given a Kodak Brownie 127 camera and a wind-up gramophone with some 78rpm records. My present DSLR, Hi Fi system and record/CD collection are still my most valued material posessions so I've not changed much.

My approach I am interested in 'picture making' and in recent months have become particularly interested in the way light illuminates things; particularly light coming in through a window.
At present I am still trying to master the basics of good digital technique, feeling that this has to be the foundation for some more creative imagination later.

Me
Still happily married to the girl I met in 1969. Three grown up and nest flown children.

We provided a home for a number of 'unhomeable' rescue cats (i.e. ill, old, broken, ugly) from 1987 until 2003.

I retired (slightly early) in 2006.
