M. Yousuf Tushar was born in 1973 at Luxmipur District of Bangladesh.
He is working as a photographer since 1991.

He also working as a Trainer in some Photographic institute of Bangladesh and worked as a trainer with Alokchitracharja M A Beg in BEGART Institute of Photography.

He has completed Commerce Bachelor Degree from Dhaka University in 1992.
Some of his Completed Photographic Course as below:
01. Diploma in photography from Beg Art Institute of Photography,
02. Diploma in Photojournalism from Bangladesh Photojournalist Association,
03. Basic Course on Photography from Bangladesh Photographic Society.
04. Photographic course on Photojournalism: Method and Techniques from National Institute of Mass Communication.
05. Five workshops on photographic different part.

His photographs exhibited at Different international photo exhibition in Asia, Europe &USA.

He has attend 30th Federation of International Art Photography (FIAP) Congress 2010 in Vietnam as a delegate from Bangladesh

He also Attend International Photographic Conference INDIA 2004 and
Attend 6th Humanity Photo Award ceremony program at China organized by CFPA &UNESCO.

He is present Secretary General of Bangladesh Photographic Society.
He is Life member of International Free Lens Photographic Organization (IFPO) USA.
Member: Dhaka Union of Journalist (DUJ).

He has owned Number of thirty photographic awards from different Club, National & International Photo competition.

Best photographer Award by Television Reporter association of Bangladesh (TRAB) -2002.
He has Achieved “LBPS” & ABPS Professional Degree in Photography from Bangladesh photographic society.

01. Gold Medal from 69th International Photographic Salon of Japan the Asahi Shimbun Photo Competition –JAPAN 2008
02. Celebrating Life Photographic Award-2008 organized by the Daily Star, Bangladesh
03. Prism photo Award 2008, Organized by Prism photographic forum, Bangladesh.
04. Documentary Photo Award Winner of 6th Humanity Photo Award 2009 organized by CFPA & UNESCO,China.
05. Celebrating Life Photographic Award-2010 organized by the Daily Star, Bangladesh.
06. Gold Medal from 71st International Photographic Salon of Japan the Asahi Shimbun Photo Competition –JAPAN 2010
