400mm f/5.6 (No IS, but extremely sharp and fast focus. Needs good light or high ISO. My newest lens, bought used, and I really like it.)
100-400mm L IS (veratile, great reach, but not as sharp as the 70-200 or 400mm f/5.6.)
70-200mm f/4 L IS (my favorite lens)
24-105mm f/4 L IS (Great walk around lens, I really like it. Bought used off Craig's list.)
17-40mm f/4 L (great landscape lens)
50mm f/1.4 (great low light lens)
85mm f/1.8 (wonderful for indoor sports and portraits)
100mm f/2.8 macro (I really like this for flowers and insects.)
Tamron 1.4x extender

I also use a Canon G9, which I bought before the 40D. It is a great point and shoot with incredible macro capabilities.

Software - Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom. I really like shooting RAW and do most of my adjustments in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR). I like the way the sliders work in ACR better than in Lightroom.
