I have been involved with image making ever since I can remember. I was constantly drawing and coloring pictures as a child. I would go out and play some action hero and then come home and make drawings of the adventure. All this interest in drawings expanded into interest in paintings, films, theater and music and finally to study arts and graphics in the main art school in Iceland from 1983-87. In 87 I moved with my wife to Montreal in Canada where I studied Fine Arts in the University of Concordia from 87-90.
Over the years I’ve taken many thousands of photographs, made endless drawings and paintings and held exhibitions in Iceland and in Canada. I’ve been running an advertising agency with two other designers since 1996 called 1,2 and 3. (www.12og3.is). So my work and hoby is sort of the same thing exchept I would like to have more time to make all my ideas come through. Alongside with my work and hopy I love beeing with my family and friends especially out in the nature hiking up some mountain.
