I am a study in contradictions: ultra feminine, but not afraid to be a tomboy; bubbly and yet melancholy; serious but somewhat indecisive; loving and deeply sensitive, but still tougher than nails....

I live in Michigan's beautiful, wild Upper Peninsula....right on the shore of breathtaking Lake Superior. I have lived here my whole life and I love it. I am blessed to live near such a beautiful lake. It speaks to me. I know this is, and always will be, my home.

First and foremost, I am a mother. Everything else takes second place... lover, student, sister, daughter. Passionate about everything I do. Searching for some new inspiration....

Love photography... always have... very, very much a novice, but that has never stopped me and it never will. Flickr has become almost an obsession for me. It's a wonderful artistic outlet.
