Through Bri`s Lens' photostream
|
I have been interested in photography since the late 1970s useing old film cameras, during this time i got a canon camera and have stuck with Canon ever since. I have got drawers full of photos and slides, some good some bad and some very bad. I changed over to digital about 18 months ago and am getting into the wonders and comlpexities of Photoshop but as allways when i`m out there with my camera i`m loving it.
Camera gear Canon 7D 40D, Simga70-300 , , Canon 18-200 Canon 100mm f2.8 Sigma 10-20 Sigma 17-70 f2.8 Lee Filters
I would like to dedicate my Flickr page to my late friend Deryk Adlam. who introduced me to photography all those years ago. Thanks mate hope you approve.

Carl Mick says:
"I have been following Brians photography now for sometime, and have noticed the marked improvement in his work of later, i would go as far as to say it is well worthy of an exhibition.
I have always found Bri to be very generous with his comments and help with others.
Keep on doing what your doing mate, i find your work an inspiration as i am sure others do to."21st July, 2011

"I don't know exactly when l came into contact with Bri's?...but l suppose he's abit like most infectious dermatological condition...the more you scratch the worse the condition becomes and now unfortuantly,he's got under my skin with his wit.....l'd like to say he takes great shots...(but if l'm being truthful.)...not as good as me. (well l would say that...wouldn't l.).
No seriously!!!......("Promise",...I've been practicing.)...he takes fab pics and has a unique sense of humour, which l supposed can only be discribed as bordering on the........Ummm!!!....SICK.

Shoestring.uk says:
"Brian is above all a truly gifted compositional photographer who magnifies his excellent sense of scale, balance and interest with stellar but subtle post-processing. I've never seen one of his photos look "fake" or "overdone." This is the sign of a real digital darkroom talent.
Apart from all this he is a very caring person and I am privileged to be able to call him a friend."23rd September, 2009

"Brian is a wonderful friend and a very caring and genuine person. He has a very varied subject matter when it comes to taking photos, but by far I enjoy his wonderful sunrises the most. These are magical and full of awesome colour and vibrancy. He composes his shots carefully and thoughtfully and always impresses. What a star you are Mr Bri ;) May you always have shunshine to guide your way :)Car"
