With my recent photos of Italy, I have created sets to be viewed as slide-shows, trying to make an impression of the respective places while the idividual photos may be included for their contribution to the whole, more than for their individual merit.

Why do I do all this? Well as Mike Scott of the Waterboys sang "we're riding through some place where I've never been and I'm waving through the window as we go somebody says what are you waving at? but what do I have to lose?- somebody might wave back"
