Well - I'm 41 years old and originally from Scotland.

I really think a great image from the heart of the creator can really brighten someone's day and that is my inspiration. .

Photography is special to me in that it can inspire me to go and create when not much else seems to matter. Not to well at the moment but pushing myself and trying to make the best of things.

I'm getting an olympus camera from argos - it has 14 megapixels!!!! like that matters - it only cost £60. I'm going to make it scream and push its capabilities.
Going back to when I had a tiny little camera that was incredibly basic but helped me take some great images.

I can't stand camera snobbery or the "mine is bigger and better than yours" type of thing - because it is the artist who makes a great image not the equipment. But that's just my belief and personal experience.
