I write children's storybooks and illustrate them with my photography. Color is wonderful, so there is lots in my work. Also, people and animals make wonderful models, but they are not always available or in the mood when I have a camera in my hand...so I also take pictures of flowers, sunsets, frogs, bugs, or anything else that catches my fancy. I look at lots and lots of other people's work, but utlimately, what I do is my own style done to please me, because, if I do not like it, how can I expect anyone else to like it.
I have just finished a biography of a career missionary who ministered to military folks and their families. Now, I am focusing on my music again, and I would like to become a better portrait photographer....let's see what the next year will be like!
